In <a href="http://ez.no/products/ez_publish_cms/documentation/configuration/configuration/language_and_charset/how_to_setup_a_multilingual_site">this article</a> the author mentions a way to switch between languages with the URL, but I would like to use the second method he doesn't detail. English is the default language. I would like to make icelandic the default language and be able to navigate between languages using the menu bar. How do I do that?
