Sorry to be dim but - how can I change the email address a notification is sent to when a transaction is made? Can't seem to find it anywhere :(

You can change this settings in overridden site.ini.append.php section [MailSettings] and setting EmailSender, if it is not defined, Admin e-mail will be use instead. One e-mail is send to customer and second on AdminEmail address.

I did this on my side, but is there a way to change the sender name ? At this stage the name is "www-data" which is the server user
