In a very old answer (2004) I found that I should upgrade to a newer version - anything newer that 3.9.1 available? Thanks for helping me out. Cheers, ClausQ

Hi Claus

Makre sure that PHP has permission to read the files in the kernel folder.
Also make sure that all the files in kernel/setup are there, you can compare here: http://pubsvn.ez.no/viewcvs/ezp/release/3.9.1/kernel/setup/
