I wanna 2 sites with 1 installation (and 1 admin site possible -if possible)I have read a lot in the site but now I'm some how confused is there any document which explains the steps shoud be taken for this job?is that possible to have 2 sites with 1 admin site?

You can do this using siteaccess and HostMatch. Here is document about several sites with one installation.
