problem with virtual host

Hi!

I have been developping an Exponential site for some months. Now I have bought a name for my site. So today I tried to change the url in order to use this name. So I followed the documentation for setting virtual host. My site is answering to the new name, but the problem is that is does not find the css, images... so the layout is not correct at all. (well there is no layout). Moreover, if I try to use a link in my site (to go into a section ) I can see that the link still uses the index.php

let me give you some examples...

I had before my today changes:
http://metarisk2/metarisk2/index.php/site_unite_metarisk
now I have http://metarisk.inapg.inra.fr

and the link are still looking like

http://metarisk.inapg.inra.fr/metarisk2/index.php/site_unite_metarisk/content/view/full/88

the metarisk2 and the index.php is still there...
