Typicaly I must see the buttons fine tune or next to continue setup but they doesn`t show. My server is apache 1.3.33 and php 4.3.11. Mysql version 4.0.22. Can you help me?

What are your OS and Exponential version? Do you have any errors in apache logs? You can use LiveCD or Exponential installer as well.
