I have set up Exponential on my server. Everything went well , then this message appeared.
Warning: Failed opening 'lib/ezdb/classes/ezdb.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php:/Exponential/') in /www.********.co.uk/Exponential/lib/ezutils/classes/ezsession.php on line 75

i have checked open_basedir and safe_mode_include_dir , these both have no value which i presume means that there are no restrictions.

Any ideas

pete

Could you post the ownership and permissions on the index.php file and lib/ezdb/classes/ directory.

Use:
ls -l index.php
ls -l lib/ezdb/classes/

Also which PHP version are you using and what is the host operating system?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, spent all day yesterday buying a car.
Anyway, php installation is php v 4.1.2 . My service provider is running "high performance Linux based servers with high quality Zeus server software. "

I'm not sure at this moment what the permissins are on the files you specified, pehaps you could tell me what they should be and i will check. But any file permissions that needed to be changed (according to the installer) i have changed.

Many thanks

pete
