Warning: Failed opening 'lib/ezdb/classes/ezdb.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php:/Exponential/') in /www.********.co.uk/Exponential/lib/ezutils/classes/ezsession.php on line 75 i have checked open_basedir and safe_mode_include_dir , these both have no value which i presume means that there are no restrictions. Any ideas pete

My service provider is running "high performance Linux based servers with high quality Zeus server software. " I'm not sure at this moment what the permissins are on the files you specified, pehaps you could tell me what they should be and i will check. But any file permissions that needed to be changed (according to the installer) i have changed. Many thanks pete

Could you post the ownership and permissions on the index.php file and lib/ezdb/classes/ directory.

Use:
ls -l index.php
ls -l lib/ezdb/classes/

Also which PHP version are you using and what is the host operating system?

I'm not sure at this moment what the permissins are on the files you specified, pehaps you could tell me what they should be and i will check. But any file permissions that needed to be changed (according to the installer) i have changed.
