PHP as CGI and search

After customising eZ to work with PHP as CGI everything seemes to run fine, except one thing:

Search

I've modified the search form to "post" instead of "get" and replaced "?" with "&" to make it work.

That is, the search works "the first time". When I try a new search, it just searches the same word(!) whatever i search for.

Any clues?
