Package size limit

Is there a limit to how large a package can be when imported? I'm trying to export my images from one install and import them to another. The package file is roughly 63M. I've checked all the webserver settings for file uploads, post size, time limits etc and I've set them to much more than should ever need to be.

When I upload the package I see the temporary file in /tmp on the server grow to about 30M then disappear. The upload package screen then just refreshes asking for the file again.

I made a basic php file upload script to check that there wasn't a setting on the webserver that I forgot and that worked fine. I could see the temporary file grow to its 63M then be moved to the correct name in the directory I told it to.

There are no webserver errors but Exponential gives: "No uploaded package file was found". Any ideas? I'm using Exponential 3.10.
