I have ImageMagick, which must have been installed when I reinstalled my RedHat 7.3 install into /usr/X11R6/bin This is in my image.ini.php Having tried to keep things very simple I used a minimal set of options when I recompile PHP (v4.3.1) but I did ask it to use GD. My 'fine tune' check results in the install of Exponential 2.9.7 tell me there are no outstanding image conversion issues with my setup. When I try to create a new image it uploads okay - as I can find the renamed file in the originals/image directory. But nothing ever displays and it doesn't carry out the conversion. I don't know if these help - from the error_log:
PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /data/WWW/html/ez3/kernel/classes/datatypes/ezbinaryfile/ezbinaryfiletype.php on line 106

(As you can see - I finally got eZ3 up and running - after a fashion). Jock Coats
