I had a windows install of eZ and the convert.exe used by it was actually not the one from imagick but another program. Good luck. Antony

Hi,

I think I used to have the same problem.
Do you have image magick installed on your server ? And the GD library ? Are they properly configured ?

I had a windows install of eZ and the convert.exe used by it was actually not the one from imagick but another program.
