I've read through dozens of posting on this issue, but I can't seem to resolve it.

I have just completed a band new installation of EZ 3.3.5. All went well during the installation, but then when I try to access ANY page other than the standard index page, I get the Error / kernel (20). I have tried resetting the site.ini.append.php and re-doing all the set-up process, with various site templates, but the same problem persists.

I am using standard URL access (not hostname or port). Can anyone provide a simple explanation and fix instructions?
