I was moving an Exponential installation from one server to another, and was mystified when notification e-mails for collected information weren't working on the new server. Turns out that Exponential fails silently if Sendmail is not installed. So don't just assume sendmail is there - check it! Leif Arne Storset

Could you fill up a bug report about this. There should be an error message in logs/debug output, etc. ?
