Hi,

on my Exponential server (3.9.0), i found a lot of log mysql files in /var/log/mysql/ mysql-bin.000001, mysql-bin.000002, mysql-bin.000003, mysql-bin.000004, etc...

The size of these files is too big. Could they be deleted without it causing any trouble on the website?

Thanks

JM

If they are in fact log files, you should be able to safely remove them. Leave the current one in place, and copy the others somewhere else. If everything is still OK, you can delete the copies, otherwise you can always put them back.
