Issues with Installing 3.3-3

I have tried to install 3.3-3 on a clean system by FTP'ing the files over to my doc root. I tried putting in my http://xxxxx.com/index.php. The first time returned an error (the error told me it was missing a reference to some missing file). I copied the missing file and now when I do the URL request I get a blank page.

I don't have shell access to access the install.sh command. Does anyone have a clue what I did wrong? What other information does someone need to figure out my problem?

I do have PHP installed on this (the hosting place is running red hat, PHP version is 4.3.4 and apache is 1.3.29.

Thanks,

-Alan

I would never recommend ftp all ez files...

(if you have a shell... ask your hosting provider for it)
You better zip or tar and then move over the whole package...
I guess you noticed some data loss

otherwise upload everything again... and agian ... and again till it works :-)
