Hello,

I have an error message "access denied : invalid login or password" when I try to download Exponential. I tried without any login or with my eZ site login with the same result. I didn't find any information about that in the site or in the documentation.

Could someone help me ?

You don't need login and password for Exponential download. You can download it here:
