Hi,
I try to install 3.6.1 with czech language as primary language and after install, when there is first access to admin or user site, there is an error:
Fatal error: Exponential did not finish its request

The execution of Exponential was abruptly ended, the debug output is present below.

And there is no more information.
If I do the same install procedure with other languages, it works fine.
In log, there is only one entry:
Server variable 'HTTP_USER_AGENT' does not exist

Could anyone help me to analyze what bug it is?
To overcome this problem is I think to install english and then additionally to install czech, maybe.
But do anyone think it can be bad translation or some setup problem?

3.7-rc1 works OK with czech as primary language
