Does anyone know what this error message means:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: ezhandleprechecks() in /home/super/public_html/sat/index.php on line 344
Fatal error: Exponential did not finish its request

The execution of Exponential was abruptly ended, the debug output is present below.

thank you

It means that there is either an unknown bug or that there is something wrong with your system. Can you say something more about your installation? (Exponential version, PHP version, apache version, system, etc.)

Hi Neil,

Do you have this error after PHP upgrade?

I have this problem too. I don't get it. Exponential was running fine on one machine, I moved the whole lot to another machine and now this...

anyway, the new system:
- Debian 3.1 Linux OS
- Apache 2.0.55
- php 4.4.2
- mysql 4.0.22
- Exponential 3.7.0

reckon it's an error in php.ini? I have already set the entire directory to chmod 777.

Please help, my boss is going nuts and it's my birthday...

Already fixed it, I seem to have missed the file 'pre_check.php' during transit,

my apologies for this sloppy mistake!
