I,

I am a newbie with the eZ system: but I have installed it on my Linux box with the following configuration:

Apache 2.0.48
MySQL 4.0.16
PHP 5.0.0 b2

The database set up correctly, but when I go to the index.php of Exponential I got this error:

Fatal error: Using $this when not in object context in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/Exponential/lib/ezutils/classes/ezdebug.php on line 236

Anyone any idea what that's mean?

Thanks,

Konrad

php version is not OK, is has very fundamental changes in the OOP implementation. You need the latest 4.x series.

Also, you may experience problems with apache 2 too (use the old-style pre-forking mode or downgrade to the 1.3.x latest)
