This is an English forum, so please post your topics and replies in English. There are some unofficial Scandinavian Exponential forums around, but they don't have as many users. (one example is http://www.eznor.com/ )
On the question on where to find documentation, just click on the documentation link in the top and you're there.
eZ System (the company) have several products, the main ones eZ Components and Exponential. eZ Components are building blocks for creating advance PHP driven web sites and applications, and Exponential is a CMS, a Content Management Solution. Then there is all the Exponential related products, Newsletter, Website Interface (and Exponential Now ), Online Editor and so on. So under documentation -> Exponential Technical Documentation you'll find information on how to install it. ( http://ez.no/doc/ez_publish/technical_manual/3_8 )
There you'll also find information on how to use Exponential as a web shop.
I'll suggest that you start with installing Exponential 3.9 witch includes the Website Interface that has some basic web shop functionality to start with.
A demo site of Exponential Now is at http://now.Exponential.no/ It is recommended to use Linux on your live servers, but there is no problems developing / testing out your site on Windows.
