I'm working with Exponential 4.0.
I've already done several workflows to approve content publishing but i i've not found yet how to create a workflow when an editor delete something (like article, news or section).

I think i've to create a custom template, is it right?

Do you have any suggest on how to create it, like detailed documentation or link or anything else?

common problem there is no real answer to it .... this workflow trigger doesn`t exist

this means you have to hack the kernel to archive this.

it is there in 4.1, only commented in ini file...
