I tried to recreate redirect rules - but i got message, that such liinks already exists.... {set-block scope=root variable=cache_ttl}0{/set-block}

Globally defined URL aliases is empty after upgrade to 3.10.0

i had some predefined redirects, which stoped working after upgrade to 3.10.0.
i opened /content/urltranslator, and found empty Globally defined URL aliases list.
I tried to recreate redirect rules - but i got message, that such liinks already exists....
