Does anybody know if the current download (2.9.6) give full functionality when installed? eg e-commerce, workflows, classes, objects, permissions, library objects, etc. etc.

ie. is everything available and working... as complete as in the boxed edition?

It would be great to have an afirmative on this...

I don't know Sol Millin, I have not received my boxed edition yet. But I guess it will include a basic support and a printed manual as mentioned above.

I think we should all buy the special "boxed edition" to show our support to the ez crew.
