When I cleared the cache using my admin interface my browser only showed a blank window. I've cleared it several times before that day, without any problems. Further investigation learned that several files and folders where missing from my hard drive. All folders in /settings were gone and most files and folders from /design were gone. I've started all over againg by installing ez 3.4 stable and was finishing my design this afternoon when the very same thing happened! The really strange thing is that I've 3 instances of Exponential running on this testserver: 3.3, 3.4 Alpha 2 and this 3.4 stable: From all instances these folders were gone. I'm using SuSE Linux 9.0 and am the only user that is authorised to access this box. My logfiles show no traces of hacking or other nastyness. Does anyone have any idea what can be causing this?
