This is the error message I get after I go to the site address to start the wizard.

Fatal error: Exponential did not finish its request

The execution of Exponential was abruptly ended, the debug output is present below.

What could it be? Could it be a software requirement not being met?

Hi Neil,

Your PHP version is most likely too old. The file_get_contents() function only exists in PHP 4.3.0 and newer.
