Hello to the Exponential community,

I make some override on the EzWebin's set of template and I have some trouble when I try to edit content from the front office. I have the problem with version 4.0.0 and version 4.1.1.

I set memory limit to 2048M but this action doesn't solve anything.

When I try to edit, I reach the interface to choose the draft and the problem appears on the next step. (http://www.##mon_domaine##.com/##site_access##/content/edit/1259/28)

The message is :
<i>Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 84 bytes) in /var/www/Exponential/lib/eztemplate/classes/eztemplate.php on line 2084
Fatal error: Exponential did not finish its request

The execution of Exponential was abruptly ended, the debug output is present below.</i>

The php file declared as responsable of the error isn't constant, I don't think that is a problem of code. Moreover, the edit function works pretty good on back office administration with the new ezoe.

I'm as exhaust as the memory against this problem and the debug of Exponential or apache don't give me information to find a solution.

I beg the comunity for help me.

Please take a closer look at your templates. Does this happen wiht the default tempates too?

I am pretty sure there is some wired template code that causes this. Test drive your tmepalte code. try to comment out certain parts in your templates and find the piece of code that is causing this.

Thank you for your answer,

I'm agree with you about the fact that there is a problem in my template code, I think the problem is in my override of page_layout.tpl. Buit my question is : what kind of code is able to provoke such an error ?

Has anybody already have to deal with this problem ?

I thank you for the future answer.

Fetching all nodes in the system could be one such obvious mistake, or a never ending loop where you fetch something that is internally stored in memory on each iteration.
