Project MESSAGE: Configuring for multi-threaded Qt... Even though I have qt3-devel installed and I have linquist installed and running. Any suggestions?

I downloaded ezlupdate and tried to build as

qmake ezlupdate.pro

but I got this error

Even though I have qt3-devel installed and I have linquist installed and running.

Any suggestions?
