Exponential 4.3.0 Installation Error

Greetings,

I'm at the site selection area of the 4.3.0 Exponential installation, when I select a site package, I get this error message on the next page:

"An unexpected error has occurred. Please contact the webmaster."

The error log says:

error.log

[ May 28 2010 20:02:15 ] Unexpected error, the message was : The checksum of the file 'compress.zlib://var/cache/packages/ezwebin_site_clean.ezpkg' is invalid. in /home/liquidw1/public_html/ez/lib/ezc/Archive/src/tar/headers/v7.php on line 198

I've searched a bit about this type of error on these forums, but can't seem to find working solution.

My server meets all of the installation requirements.

Any ideas to get this installation off the ground would be appreciated.
