I have installed eZ locally on my computer (WinXP)and specified during the install that eZ should use my ISP's SMTP service (smtp.chello.no) with my username/password. I tried the tip a friend feature and got the following error (quote from var/log/error.log): <b>[ Jan 12 2005 21:57:47 ] [127.0.0.1] Error sending SMTP mail: AUTH command failed: Command is locally disabled </b> Q1- Can anyone help me find out what is the problem (and how to fix it)? Q2- Also, where can I find (and change) the SMTP settings that I specified during install (have been looking aroung in the admin part, but no luck yet) Help much appreciated! Best regards, Trond H
