No root access

Exponential 3.4.1
Corporate install

I have tried to install the above. I can access the User site but after I log into the Admin site. I get a blank page.

I enabled Debug which oroduced this error:

I am a novice here. I would be grateful if you could explain how to address this, remembering I do not have root access.

For example, should I delete the contents manually (ftp)of var/corporate/cache/template/compiled/ ?

Any help appreciated.
