Hi,

After a "successfull" 4.2 to 4.3 upgrade, the right menu is empty into the new admin interface.

Is there something to do in order to enable blocks like debug management ?

Are you sure it's not just hidden?

There is an arrow in top of the sidebar, that toggle visibility.
