Hi all,
We have to implement a Exponential web site which will support severals languages (en, fr, ge, etc ...) I have read the technical documentation, and this forum, but didn't find an article which explain the correct way to implement multilangue.

Does-we have to create a siteaccess everytime we have to add a language to the site ?
Is there a documentation about this ?
Thx ;-)

Yes, this is correct way to create mulitlingual website with Exponential.

Is there a documentation about this ?

Yes, it is. Take a look at this page and forum topics:
