Heiko Irrgang	Tuesday 08 March 2011 11:43:56 pm Hi, i copied a very basic installation of Exponential, did a db dump and changed the siteurl and database settings. at first glance everything seems fine, but when i log in to admin, i can not do much. if i try to edit the home page (as admin), i get a message, that i do not have the right to edit this in a language (orig german error message: Es fehlt Ihnen die Berechtigung, das Objekt in einer Sprache zu bearbeiten). same if i try to edit the user settings. all i get is the log file entry: eZContentObjectTreeNode::pathWithNames() failed to fetch path of node 15, falling back to generated url entries. Run updateniceurls.php to fix the problem. I did run this script, but it did not change anything. All setting files are the same as on the running installation, only host name and db login data is different, but these are obviously working, as the fontend seems to work. Any ideas?
Heiko Irrgang	Wednesday 09 March 2011 1:08:40 am well, i now re-copied everything from scratch, this time i left the host name the same and just added it to my hosts file, so the only difference was the database config. This time it works. Is there anything that is saved with hostname or similar? seems to come from changing host name... i cleared all cache and did regenerate autoloads.
