I tested Exponential in a development folder. When moving to the final folder, Exponential does no longer work. Can I reinstall Exponential without losing the work already done? Or what doe I need to change in the db to make Exponential work in the new environment?

Thx in advance.

Hi,

Did you clear the cache ans set right permission for your dirs?

./bin/shell/clearcache.sh --clear-all

Thx for answering,

Did you clear the cache

Do I have to clear the cache (in the admin window) before moving the files into another folder?

and set right permission for your dirs?

"right" or "write"? if "right", what do you mean with "right"?

./bin/shell/clearcache.sh --clear-all

I am very sorry, I do not understand what this mean, and if it is a command, how I have to run it.

Thx in advance.

You can manualy clear the cache. Delete var/cache and var/prefix/cache but be cerfule and don`t delete storage dir.
