I've read through the discussion threads but didn't find any related postings. Please help. Thanks. Also, it seems that file_upload_error.tpl is not working properly. When my uploading failed, it should give me an error message, but it didn't. What's wrong with it?

Also, it seems that file_upload_error.tpl is not working properly. When my uploading failed, it should give me an error message, but it didn't. What's wrong with it?
