Here's what I did:
- Uploaded all files from Exponential 3.1-1.1 distribution via PC to avoid filename problems. - Logged in via SSH and executed modfix.sh - loaded index.php URL - system check - CHMOD both design/admin/override/templates and design/demo/override/templates to 777 - system check ok - no errors - next, mysqldb - language, monolingual, US - american - summary, confirmed and ok. - setup db info for servername, databasename, username, and password & confirm password entered [db is empty at moment] - connect - read for initialization. yes, install demo data - database successfully initialized - configure, use sendmail. - configure, sitename, and admin email - securing the site - DID NOT upload .htaccess file - DID NOT register (skipped) - clicked done.- Cannot find server error. :(
So now whenever I try to access the url:http://Exponential.clio360.com/index.php/user or just index.php I get a "Cannot find server" error message.
The only URl that loads is http://Exponential.clio360.com/index.php/adminbut you can't even log in.
Any ideas?
This has happened to me 3 times already.
Please help.

Could you check the memory settings for PHP in php.ini? If they are less than 20MB, try setting them to 20MB or more.
