But how do I fix it so the correct URL is sent in the mail? Lars

yes, I have same problem, I get an EXTRA /directory/ (as the install dir twice):

www.site.com/ez/ez/rest_of_url_for_activation

correct should be:
www.site.com/ez/rest_of_url_for_activation

Where do we edit that?? I changed the site-url in Setup to nothing. didnt help-
