I do not want these members to have to re-register. Is it possible to pre-populate the Exponential database with our existing user data? I would be using the Oracle extension.

Yes, certainly. The eZ api is there to facilitate this.

You do need to make sure that username length and password hash types are compatible and other user details can map correctly.
