After installation I get this error above the login form:

kernel (50)
No database connection could be made, the system might not behave properly.
*********

How do I fix it? last time I installed EZ everything worked fine!

Do you have any database created for ezp ?
Have you started the mysql daemon / service ?
The configuration in your settings/siteaccess/<yoursitename>/site.ini.append math the database name ?
