How to write something to INI file from a template. I know how to read from INI and I need similar write operation. Does anyone know that?

This is not possible, there is no template oprtator for this. You can write your own template operator. Look at this tutorial: http://ez.no/products/ez_publish/documentation/development/extensions/template_operator
