Hi, this may sound like a stupid question, but I am looking to setup a website with Exponential to have a weblog, forum, polls news and a shopping cart. I was just wondering if I should attempt to use version 3 or should I stick with version 2.?? some advice would be great.

Use version 3

Version 3. It is far more powerful and is sure to be supported more than Exponential 2.
