Hi Santosh,Any php code can in prinsiple be handled by the modulesystem in Exponential. Its just a matter of developing it. So if you're good at php developing it should be no problem extending the framework. Exponential has a lot of interfaces you can use, the hard part might be getting the overview of the system and getting into the details as well, because the documentation is a "little" unlogical organized yet. Did this help you?

Hi,You could take a look at sites that are implemented for examples of this. I dont know of all the features, but take for example ez.no. You have a shopping system at this site, go to services, and pretend you want to order support. The shoppingbasket is standard in Exponential. You also get an orderlist of what has been ordered. Wish list is standard. Credit card integration interface is implemented at several ez-sites. Tax calculation support I dont know to much about, but I think there is support for this in Exponential. Special offer functions, dont know. Search Statistics at least is standard. Support for selling content, what exactly do you mean by this? Support for different currencies, yes.
Personaly Im involved in several projects using Exponential as the cms-framework, and we are implementing a mapserver (open source) solution, meaning Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and maps in Exponential. My personal opinion is that its very structured and flexible, making it easy to extend <b>once</b> you get to know it. Getting to know it is the tricky part here, the "ez" in Exponential I think stands for easy after you spent a <b>lot</b> of time on trial and error. Also every release it seems adds new amount of bugs, making it hard to decide if you want to upgrade.
Did this help you?
