Strange behavior of Exponential 2.2 when login out of Admin User on a user page

Peter Rüfner	Friday 23 April 2004 6:03:46 am This is strange: After running 1 year without problems Exponential 2.2... has Problem to show a user page correctly when I logout of Admin Interface. The Site has 2 hierarchical Categorie Trees: language and countries which are the access path to the articles. When I logout of admin the categorie tree countries has gone away and an empty page is shown on the user interface. When I login in admin the user's page appears correct!! The system works with mySQL. Also I get the message, from time to time within admin: cannot unlock tables, Error Number 2006, mySQL Server has gone away. Is this a database Problem or is the deepness of the categorie tree restricted? I estimate there are 2 categories on level 1, 30 Categories on level 2, maybe 20 on level 3 each, this makes more than 1000 categories at all!! Can anyone give me a hint? Thanks v.m. Peter

This is strange:
