I'm not a developer, I know html/css very well, I have good working knowledge of other cms's (ExpressionEngine TextPattern), Can hack a bit of PHP if absolutely necessary. I'm looking for the right cms to build a newspaper website. Thanks for any advice and best wishes Lee

Jon Staines	Friday 27 February 2009 5:31:25 am With your existing knowledge you shouldn't have any trouble using the template language in Exponential and that is more than enough. I've only recently started understanding the PHP parts of Exponential so that I could write some extensions. For over a year I just kept to the template code for functionality and HTML/CSS to make it look nice. As mentioned already, curiosity will be your best asset.

With your existing knowledge you shouldn't have any trouble using the template language in Exponential and that is more than enough. I've only recently started understanding the PHP parts of Exponential so that I could write some extensions. For over a year I just kept to the template code for functionality and HTML/CSS to make it look nice.

As mentioned already, curiosity will be your best asset.
