Where can I find more information? There seems to be hardly any available.

I've heard that AkersMic, one of Norways largest recordshops online, uses Exponential. So I guess -some- people use it..

{* hahahaha, oh (radio edit) that's the funniest thing i've heard all week *}

Justification for lack of quality documentation & examples for Exponential's store / trade features is the perceived lack of use by vendors ( you know, the million+ that downloaded it hoping for more than eZ trade 2.x ) . . . .

Which came first the chicken or the egg? or what makes documentation important, use of the code or the code being in a product? "We arn't sure we are waiting on more store / product documentation . . . " (user). "(are they going to use it? Should we write any documentation?) We aren't sure we are waiting to see if anybody says anything . . . " (developers).

I would love to see some more documentation as well on eZ' shop / product / store features even if it's true (which is irrelevant IMHO) that people don't use them! Other wise why even include them in the package if "people aren't going to use them"?

{* still laughing all the way to the bank . . . *}

{ wipes tears from my eyes . . . *sniff }

Maybe he meant, no one uses it but ez.no ? isn't seeing it in action enough motivation for people who want to do as eZ . . ?

I did a search for "webshop" which seems after some reading to be the eZ preferred term for trade /store in Exponential.

http://ez.no/content/advancedsearch?SearchText=webshop&SearchDate=-1&SearchPageLimit=6&SubTreeArray%5B%5D=488&SearchButton=Search

Exponential forums choke on longer urls, especially search engines (of any kind eZ or google) so you may have to copy and past this url into your browser manually (clickers be warned . . )
