Does anyone have any useful pointers on how I can set up an RSS-based podcast using Exponential?

While I definitely wish Exponential supported the feature set to use styled rss like this :

http://feeds.feedburner.com/twit

I am certain (especially after reading ..) Exponential supports the most basic rss features required to export a podcast rss feed using Exponential.

http://media.weblogsinc.com/common/videos/pt/rss.xml
http://www.engadget.com/entry/5843952395227141/

Tho .. I'm not certain about Exponential's support for the enclosure rss / xml tag? Is this tag required, does Exponential support it? If not I bet it could be extended too ....

cheers,

I wrote a bit of hack code and submitted it to the developer forum for comment/ help. No replies yet. Here is a the http://ez.no/community/forum/developer/extending_rss_to_podcast

I also provided a couple of links to RSS standards there.

As for the enclosure tag, it is the essential part for the file (audio/ mp3/ etc.) to be downloaded by the aggregator. I use this code successfully with iPodder and Doppler agregators.

Any additional code help would be greatly appreciated.
