Version 4.1.0 and website interface 1.4.0

The on-line editor works fine for the admin users in both admin and website interfaces but does not work properly for editors. In the text ares we see html code and no editing icons above respective editing areas. Has anyone else found this and can you suggest a solution?

Possible solutions:
1. Give the editor user group access to the editor (ezoe).
2. Update Exponential to 4.1.3, 4.1.0 has session issue with can cause issues like this.
