For moderation purposes i need to be notified each time when one adds something. (This question is simmilar to some previous posts about forum notification but it's more general). So - is there a way to implement such a notification ?

If you want to be notified every time e.g. a forum message is posted you could write a workflow. This workflow could send you an e-mail every time a forum message is created.
