Kill unapproved drafts created by anonymous user

I need to delete objects created by anonymous users which have been refused approval.

At present they return to the anonymous user's draft queue, which one can't (for obvious security reasons) see in the admin interface. They then come back to the approval queue.

Unless there's another way of getting rid of them it occurs to me that granting permission to anonymous users to see and delete drafts (/content/draft) in the siteaccess would do the trick - the only drafts in there should be either items refused approval or 'orphan' drafts, created by anonymous users exiting the edit interface 'disgracefully'.

Does anyone know what roles would be required to allow this to happen?
