Image error

Can anyone tell me what is wrong here. It has happened twice. First time I thought I had done something wrong and re installed Ez, but it has occurred again when I uploaded a image file. I see a few // in the first part that doesn't look right at all - or is it?

NOTE: All works fine on my own computer where I have a copy EZ (windows)
and everything works fine there.
No need to ask if I am uploading data etc. from there to the server - no I am not, so that isn't the problem.
